NISAU’s Advocacy and Achievements

NISAU has spearheaded key initiatives for international Indian students in the UK, including leading a large delegation to Pravasi Bharatiya Divas 2017 and influencing immigration policies like the Tier 5 intern visa and PSW visa. We raise awareness about student challenges, combat visa abuse, and promote the UK as a premier study destination. Our campaigns, such as #FairVisaFairChance and #MyVoteMatters, and exclusive research on student experiences highlight our commitment. We are proud to be the only youth organization invited by the Indian Government to speak at multiple Pravasi Bharatiya Divas events and provide thought leadership on international platforms.
